I probably use my phone at least an hour a day. I usually call the people I am interacting with more frequently than the people I text, whom usually have to do more with business or coordinating an event. I also use my phone to check the news, my face book, and the weather. As far as Internet surfing I will surf the web for information or in order to get a better grip on subject matters discussed in classes. Sometimes I get excited over new topics and the Internet is my library as far as familiarizing myself with the information about the subject. I use my email more formally to receive and send documents. As far as video games are concerned I only play Call of Duty WAW for the wii online. If I am addicted to any technologies this video game would be it. I also use my ipod every time I go running or when I am cooking. I would not say I am addicted but i do have some dependencies toward my electronic devices.
